I'm not sure. I thought you get like 4 or 5 to start and then 1 every week after...maybe you need 1.05 ratio first.

Yeah, I think after downloading 25GB you need a 1.05 ratio to receive invites. Otherwise its .95 (iirc).

I think after you invite someone they have a few days to signup or else it times out.
