Hi,
I am looking to buy a tablet for my daily use since i broke my laptop.

I bought a t100 asus, and it performs slower than a 4 year old android phone for web browsing / youtube - i don't know how it got such good reviews.
[ it can't play 720 youtube videos without stuttering every 2 secs on chrome so I dont see why people bought this product or maybe I got a really shitty unit? ]

I am looking for something fanless, i will never buy anything with a fan in it.

Looking for inputs for the cheapest tablets on the market right now with a fanless Core processor in it, eg - Dell Venue pro 7000
1080p screen is a big plus.

Any suggestions please?

I just picked up a Surface Pro from Cowboom for $299.99 plus tax. (Includes keyboard and ac adapter.) I think it is worth it but, you will need to go through at least 15 pages to find one worth getting. It is quick and painless to do that though.

I would rather have a dual core Core M processor in a tablet than a quad core Atom, but they're in different price ranges. An older model Surface Pro for $300 is a good alternative if options are open beyond Atom and Core M.

Use one of several ways to force H.264 instead of unaccelerated WebM/VP8/VP9 video. For example: https://github.com/erkserkserks/h264ify

The original T100 reviews were probably made before Google starting pushing much more content via unaccelerated codecs, otherwise it would have been widely noted.

Didn't know that, gonna return it , buy the 2gb one and see if it is usable.

gotta love product replacement

Nah, the Surface Pro has a Intel Core i5-3317U 1.7 Ghz Processor.

Considering that,
i can get a dell venue pro 11 with i5 4300y if im not wrong @ 369, Refurbished with 90 day warranty from dell.

Does that seem like a good deal?

only thing that scares me is that it is a tablet with a FAN inside.

Go for it, that's a quite good price. Paid a bit over $800 or so for the 11 Pro 7140 model (Core M chip) so that's an amazing deal for a quite good tablet. Do factor in the cost of a keyboard though. There's two: One has a battery and one doesn't, they both have a keyboard and little mousepad. The stylus just plain sucks though, requires AAAA batteries and has bad battery life.

do note one thing about the Venue 11 line: they're upgradable, something you can't say about the Surface tablets. I think wireless can be swapped and I know storage can be swapped. (the back snaps off, there's one tiny screw under the microsd/sim card bay cover) They use standard M.2 cards in them, I swapped out the 64Gig one that came with mine for a 256Gig one.

At this point, I refuse to buy a tablet with a fan. I really would like to see what core M tablets are around the corner.

I have 2 Dell Venu 8 Pro tablets and 1 Venu 11 tablets. All of them are atom based and can play 720p and 1080p just fine (11 Pro). Baytrail Atoms are not what I would call slow... albeit they are not the fastest things around either...

used 8 pro (5000 series - the one you want) tablets go for $100 (32GB) and $145 (64GB) all day long

ThrottleStop has recently added support for the Core M and Bay Trail CPUs. On some low power devices with throttling issues, it has made a world of difference.

From throttling down to the equivalent of 64 MHz,

to running flat out, fully loaded with Aida stress test as well as Furmark at 1583 MHz.

Your results might not be this significant but ThrottleStop could mean the difference between a usable device and an unusable one.
