750W Modular PSU, OCed i5 System

Hey guys, so I've pretty much narrowed it down to three 750W PSUs. I have a CM HAF 932, so I need pretty decent cable lengths. Basically I'm looking for the best option, Price/Performance, reliability, and cable lengths are the most important to me here, I guess. What do you think?

If you can get the Seasonic X750 for $140, get that PSU then.

X750 is easy winner there given the choices.

The best price/performance would be the XFX 750W. The Seasonic is better, but it's also $30 more expensive with the rebate for the XFX unit factored in, and that model is also an excellent performer.

I would agree, if noise is of absolutely no factor, save some coin and get the XFX.
They are both great units, but its subjective as to weather the seasonic is worth $30 more (to me it is).
