A friend of mine is building a new gaming rig so he can play Borderlands 2, plus other games that come down the pipe.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

So, what parts in the above are suboptimal for this build? Any way to fit a SSD into it while staying below $700? My friend mentioned taking his 2TB external out of the enclosure and using it as his hard drive in addition to an SSD, but then he'd be left without a backup drive. Is a Radeon 7850 overkill for the specified requirements?
