6ft Tall Stormtrooper Cake

I'm not a big Star Wars fan but this 6ft tall Stormtrooper cake is pretty damn impressive. Apparently this thing weighed over 300lbs and fed nearly six hundred sci-fi convention attendees. Hit the link to see how it was made.

Wonder how much cake goodness is sacrificed for structeral integrity for those artistic cakes. Some of it can't taste too awesome since its purpose would be to be firm and hold stuff in place ya know?
