Effin A!!!!! they should name it after me or somthing. Does anyone know how to help. Iv'e already flashed the bios to p23(and cleared cmos). Ive got a rator x 150gb,patriot pc8500 ddr2 1gbx2, e6600,8800gtx,fatality x-fi. Im just so pissed. I hate new build problems. They never cease to amaze me....
When i install xp pro, the comp restarts to finish installing. And right after the windows boot screen does its thing, where it says "installation restarting". The thing crashes and gives me this stop error c000021a 0xc000026c (0x00000000 0x00000000). urg!!!!!!!!!!!!! wtf The mems good i updated the bios. the third part drivers dont matter cause im not running raid. The hard drive writes all the datas there. KJGLSJHGIYGSKIGLI&%$%^$@! I had a problem like that, and I ended up low-level formatting the HDD and then it worked fine. Might give that a try. I got the util from the HDD manufacturer website. Usually just a CD .iso.
 
i figured it was hd related. I just got another raptor. no little window this time. ill be sad to see my raptorx leave (im returning it to newegg). w/e idc my comps working now and its super fast and i like it. thnx for the info tho. they should really add that code to a list :mad:
 
I don't know if that's the problem...I just threw that out there as something to try. I've seen problems like that when the bios is set to AHCI or whatever it is as opposed to IDE also. There might be a jumper on the HDD to change also.
