The 6200, even if it can't be unlocked, will overclock to 450-550MHz. None of the 5 NV43 core 6200s i have/had did less than 525MHz on the core or less than 650MHz on the memory, whether it unlocked or not (3 unlocked successfully, 2 didn't).
Unlocking is another frosted cake on top of the cake.

yep, 128MB is enough.and i should just gt the 128mb for 6200 right since 256 wouldn't do much for this card.
