What games are you planning on playing? How long will it take you to save another $100?

Hello

Games like Tera which is a MMO. The game looked great on a 7770 at 1080p. Sometimes frames would drop to 20-30 during a 20 man raid. Nothing too crazy like BF4. A mid range GPU would suit my fancy.

I will get back to you on the additional $100.

I can only increase the budget by another $50 which makes the total budget of $650. Also you can exclude the keyboard and mouse out of the budget now.

Another $50 is fine:

$120 - Intel Core i3-3240 CPU
$68 - Biostar B75MU3+ Intel B75 mATX Motherboard
$64 - Kingston HyperX Blu KHX1600C10D3B1/8G 8GB DDR3 1600 RAM
$108 - Asus HD7770-1GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 1GB
$60 - Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003 1TB 7200 RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s Hard Drive
$40 - Corsair 430CX V2 430W PSU
$50 - NZXT Source 220 Black ATX Case
$110 - Gateway KX2153bd 21.5" LCD Monitor
$17 - Logitech Desktop MK120 Mouse and keyboard Combo
---
Total: $636 shipped.

I need some help again.

Initially the budget was $600 and it was increased by another $50 to make it $650.

Now I have the budget increased to $800. I have greatly considered getting an i5 for this build, and possibly a GPU upgrade.

Riverside, CA. That's about 30 or so miles away from a Microcenter located in Tustin, CA.

If there is any possible way for you to get out that way. You might be able to take advantage of a CPU + Motherboard combo deal with a 4670k + Z87 Motherboard, which can be had at $30 less.

Also everywhere online the i5 4670k goes for $220+ depending where you buy, but at Microcenter it's $180, so you really are saving almost $60 in all, so taking the trip might be worth it considering how much you could potentially save.

Just something to consider.

Then I recommend arentol's build but with my original case and HDD recommendations.
