1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
I need to build a few office computers. They will be used for simple tasks like web browsing, email, and Microsoft Office.

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
I can pay about $600 per computer, not including tax or shipping.

3) Where do you live?
Las Vegas, NV

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. Please be very specific.
None.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I have the monitors, keyboards, and mice. I just need new computers.

6) Will you be overclocking?
If it is a good idea for this build, then yes.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
Each computer needs to support dual monitors.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Within the next week.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.
Only the basics.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
No. I'll need to get Windows 7 licenses.

Dell.com

Any dual core
4G of ram
any HD will do
your needs arent demanding so any dell system would do and could be cheaper then building.

Call dell, get a rep on the line and they should be able to get you Dell Vostro 220 systems with: E7500, 2GB of RAM, 160GB HDD, DVD Burner, and 21" monitor for less than $600 per system. Tell them your budget and that you need 6, so they can work the numbers for you.

Ya, i know we all like to build systems, but in this case, it is usually far cheaper and far less time consuming, and if something goes wrong you call dell, since you would be small buisness, and likely have it fixed same or next day, no dealing with RMA's and crap.

Combine MrGuvernment & Danny Bui's posts and you have your answer. Warranty + quick builds + cheaper price + every other corporate office uses Dell's = a win situation.

Just make sure that you get a graphics card with dual outputs and if your dueling monitors use VGA connections make sure to get the appropriate amount of DVI-to-VGA adapters.

Even if you have a deal remember that calling up your rep will always get you a little something more off the top and even if it's 1% more that's still a large savings. Good luck to you!
