My 5870 overclocked to 900/1300 never exceds 68-70 under full load, and my fan is set to 28 in CAT drivers. Granted i have better air flow than the next guy. I have a few 120mm fans that i drilled holes in my side panel blowing directly over the processor and graphics card. All fans are hooked up to a fan controller and set to lowest speed. I HATE noisy comps. I pride myself by having the quietest comp i can possable build. The loudest hardware are my hard drives....untill i buy a few solid state in another moth or so.

afterburner wont oc more than ccc 900/1300
i can set volts and fan speeds..
it has to settings in the bios on my card..
