I've seen this problem around a bit, but no real clear solutions. I've tried knocking back to 11.1's, but ever since I installed the 11.3's, I'm constantly idling at 99% which is really annoying. Anytime UAC goes off I'm waiting a minute or two while the screens cycle. Any ideas on a fix?
 
I have the same issue running 2 5870's in CF. I've found that disabling CF will drop the GPU load back to normal and then I can enable it again. I have to do it about once a day. Wish there was a better fix!
 
Do you have firefox 4? I had to disable gpu acceleration because it would keep my second gpu at 99%
