Does such a product exist where at 4K resolution you get about 60hz while at 1440p you can get 100-144hz?

If the answer is no, what is the highest refresh rate monitor I can get while still getting 4K resolution?

Not on a monitor, and not at 1440p either.

Best TVs For PC Monitors - Summer 2016: Reviews

The above shows a list of their best rated TV's to be used as PC monitor, scroll down to the bottom, and you will see some TV's (mostly sony and visio), supporting 1080p@120hz inputs.

Currently, the highest refresh rate 4k monitor is 60hz, currently known high refresh 4k monitors are still unavaible (which are the Dell OLED 4k 30" monitor and a 4k/144hz Asus monitor prototype that was shown in Computex, neither of which are available at the moment).

NEC PA322UHD-BK-2 can do up to 120Hz in lower resolutions where DP 1.2 bandwidth allows.

Most people are not aware of it because this monitor is truly high-end and *very* expensive.

14-BIt gamut eh... that explains the price.

But man, why is it that professional monitors gets the good stuff that they probably would never use...

My 4k vizio M can do 120hz native input at 1080p but only the 55" and higher ones can which are of no use to me at a desk. They also lack modern gaming overdrive and g-sync/variable hz so are severely lacking there. However the contrast ratio of 8150:1 (dynamic, FALD/zone-lit led) is amazing and makes it hard to go back to a 850:1 or 940:1 (at best calibration vs a static ambient lighting scenario) tn or ips. The vizos are also rated at around 15ms - 20ms input lag in game mode which is decent for a tv but not for a modern gaming monitor.

There are 27" 144hz 4k IPS monitors due out by end of 2016 or Q1 2017 along with a bunch of other monitors so it's a bad time to buy right now in my opinion. Personally I am very interested in the 21:9 3440x1440 VA and the 27" 2560 x1440 VA.
