At this point, I'm not sure what options I have for my budget. Saw Antec NEO ECO 520C 520W posted in another thread going for 39.99 so I might pick that up to replace Antec Earthwatts EA500 500W, since that PSU is almost 3 years old. Other than that, I'm open for suggestions.

I'm not particular about where the parts come from, and there is a Microcenter close-ish to me.
 
Will that Antec Neo Eco 520C be part of that $450 budget?

$240 - AMD Phenom II 965 Black Edition CPU + Asus M4A87TD/USB3 AMD 870 AM3 Motherboard
$41 - G.Skill Ripjaw Series F3-10666CL9S-4GBRL 4GB DDR3 1333 RAM
$183 - XFX HD-685X-ZNFC Radeon HD 6850 1GB PCI-E Video Card

Total: $464 plus tax and shipping

Yes $14 over budget but it's worth every single penny: Your resolution and games choices demands that much CPU, RAM, and GPU power.

So I went ahead and ordered the parts. I made a few changes to your suggestions though.

Grabbed a Sapphire Radeon 5870 2GB @ $200 Shell Shocker deal and grabbed 8 GBs of the G.Skill Ripjaw ram for 70.

Came out to being around $504. Little bit more than what I was wanting to spend but hopefully it'll last me another couple years.

If your talking about the One that is a179 After rebate right now then thats a really good deal considering thats a Eyefinity 6 Card..
