Your memory must be foggy. How can you possibly forget the massacre that claimed over 100 lives in France just a few years ago?!

Combining actual terrorist attacks (ISIS cell shooting up a concert, or driving a truck into people) with shootings in US (school massacres, Youtube shooting, Las Vegas concert shooting) is really weird thing to do.

You can't stop all terrorist attacks, but one could make harder for random Joe to get an AR-15, which he can then convert with bump stock into an automatic rifle. Even Breivik's murder spree is technically a domestic terrorism, as he did it for fascist reasons.

Exclude terrorist attacks from your list, and you will probably go down to single or low double digits, even in 2015.
