~$350, quick build critique

Ok, try to build a computer for a friend for ~$350 (400 max or so) to do some gaming and everyday use stuff. Most played games would be WoW, TF2, Half-Life, and maybe trying out some new stuff like Dawn of War 2. This is the build I've come up with so far:

Comes to around $370 after mail in rebates, taxes and shipping are factored in. Seems to be a good computer for the price, any suggestions/thoughts? And how long would this computer "last"? Don't need to play things at max settings at all, he's been using this:

1.6ghz amd (32 bit, 1 core)
1gb ddr ram
radeon 9600

He's using a 20" (1680x1050) widescreen monitor.
