i am gonna get this processor and i am a noob to this stuff and all the reveiws for dfi lanparty ut nf4 say it is not a beginners board although everyone says this is the best what should i do? keep in mind i really dunno anything about anything lol thanks everyone!

Good choice, pretty much any NF4 board is good. Just depends on the features you want. I just bought a 3200+ and a Chaintech NF4 board. You don't need to spend all that money for a flashy DFI board, and you don't even need NF4. They are all similar in speed, I think the VIA is a good chip as well. I don't know what you mean by "noob" board, a motherboard is just that, a motherboard. As long as you have voltage and bus adjustments you are good to OC.

Get the NF4 board (the Chaintech NF4/Ultra is a good board, I'm using it now). More people have them and can help you if you run into any problems.

noob board as in like if your not a computer wiz (like myself) then not good for you this is my fisrt computer to build and i really no nothing about alot of the stuff but i am very intrested and would like to learn about it

like a moddable user friendly board that will have the performence and adjustability for when i figure all this stuff out but still be stable and what not

I'd still say the Chaintech is the way to go. I have a 3000+ Venice at 2.6Ghz right now and am looking for more. It's easy to use and has enough OCing options for you to take advantage of once you find out what you're doing ;).

Another board might be the A8N-E from ASUS. Pay about $30-40 more though. The DFI might be more than you're bargaining for at this stage of the game. It has more options than even "Computer Wiz" people know how to deal with.
