3 pcie 4x slots?

Hello,

I'm looking to put together a computer that needs 3 PCI express 4x slots as well as either a slot for a graphics card or onboard video.

The CPU needs to be LGA775 core 2 duo 2.66ghz and needs to support ddr2 800 memory.

Any suggestions?

I've seens some posts online that say some people have issues with PCIe cards that are plugged into the 16x PCIe slots. Mainly that those are usually reserved for graphics cards.

I'm going to be using it with 3 LSI sas3041e cards and wanted to know if those would work fine in the 16x pcie ports.
 
It's a 680i mobo. Mobos based on the 680i chipset aren't as stable, reliable, or cooler running as their Intel counterparts.
