1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming, web browsing, movies

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
$800, give or take a $100 with shipping

3) Where do you live?
New Orleans. Don't think Newegg charges for tax.

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case,PSU,GPU,Motherboard,RAM. At least 8gb ram. I'm getting the 2600k through Intel's retail edge program for $114. I may also consider the Intel 320 series 120gb ssd ($160 from retail edge) if budget permits. I also want a separate hdd for my OS, which is what the ssd may be used for. Secondary hdd at least 1tb sata 6gb/s.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Speakers, subwoofer, and mouse already owned.

6) Will you be overclocking?
Will overclock in the future.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
At least 22 inch. I will also use the monitor for ps3 fighting games and would like lag to be minimum, if possible.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Between mid June and early July.

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
usb 3.0, sata 6gb/s, everything else optional.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Already have Windows 7 64bit.

OK you're planning this build way too early. What ever build list we give today won't be the same build list we give you a month from now let alone a month and a half.

So wait till 2-3 weeks before your purchase date and ask for advice then. That way you'll get up-to-date advice and won't get saddled with a list of outdated hardware.
 
Will do. Thanks for the tip. Also, would it be wise to buy that 2600k now for $114 or is there a better, comparably priced cpu on the way out?

Hmm, well the newest CPU closest to release are AMD's Bulldozer's CPUs. But I highly doubt that AMD will have a CPU that'll outperform the normally $320 2600K for $114. So I say get it now.

Danny was saying that he highly doubts AMD will have a comparable CPU out anytime soon that can compare to the 2600K that the OP will be getting for $114 from the Intel RetailEdge Program.

You have to work for a retail chain that sells Intel products, such as Best Buy or Frys. You also have to get your employment verified and claim to work in a computer related department. Afterward, take a ton of eLearning quizzes, including required ones, to accumulate 10k chip points to be qualified to purchase the cores (2600k or i970) and ssds (120gb and 160gb) at discounted prices.
