please fill out the stickied "answer these questions first" so folks can help you better.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming and multitasking my brains out
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
3000
3) Where do you live?
USA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
CPU, Mobo, RAM, video card, network cards, ssd, hdd, case, psu,
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

2) 2 RAID1 arrays, crossfire, sli
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
Windows 7 64bit

Which Corsair RAM are you talking about?
Which 1TB drives?

Also when talking about x18m's I would only bother raiding 2 80's togeather if you buy them at different times.. if your buying at once jsut buy a single 160.. Although technically slower it will still respond almost as fast as you can think about what you want. & Much easier to work with long term since you dont have to worry about which drive is what.

The 3000 is not including the monitors, otherwise this would have to be some cheap computer. But the corsair ram is CORSAIR HX3X12G1600C9. It is 1600Mhz, because i would prefer not like to over-clock.
The tb drives are Western Digital Caviar Black WD1002FAEX, though i plan to only use this for storage. I need to back up everything because I'm in business.

Since you're not overclocking, zero reason for you to get DDR3 1600 RAM. Just get three sets of this RAM and you'll be set while saving $84:
$82 - G.Skill F3-10600CL9D-4GBNT 2 x 2GB DDR3 1333 RAM

I doubt that Asus Rampage mobo is worth the extra $150 over this Asus motherboard:
