I'm getting a new PC soon and it's going to have a water cooling loop in it. Random information : I live in Canada, I am over clocking, I will be adding a second GPU later, and the radiator will be externally mounted to the side of the Corsair 800D as in this video.

Also, I will be getting all the actual computer parts from warehouse pricing so the partpicker price isn't what ill be paying. The cost for the watercooling parts comes all from frozencpu.com

A few questions for the finishing of the build, and please critique my build fully. I'm willing to change nearly anything although I would like to keep the 3930k and the R4E. I've taken a liking to the corsair 800D so I'd like that to stay. I also wanted to give the external mounting a shot. Seems like a good way to keep the case clutter free and keep it as appealing as possible while keeping the ambient heat from the radiators and fans outside the case.
The power supply i have no idea yet, that one is just a placeholder for now, any good suggestions based on this next information would be awesome. I plan to have in the build a full 64gb of ram for the R4E. I will also add another 7970 later on but it's not important right now, same as the ram, not too pressing of an issue to have it fully populated. I will be overclocking everything in the system and may eventually add ram water blocks to the build later as well so I'll need a PSU that can handle that future load.
The SSD and HDD seem solid but I'll probably just get a 1TB drive instead of the 3.
Now for the questions about the fittings. I would like to go compression fittings but am not sure of the current better brands based on actual customer feedback. Same with tubing, what are the best tubing companies out right now? Pretty sure its 1/4 to 3/8 tubing and compression fittings ill need.
Now sleeving the PSU, is it worth it in the end to go to those lengths. I'm not sure of the process of it at the posting of it so I'll look at a guide after posting this on this site.
Also for the fan selection. I don't really care about LED's on the fans, I just want a silent PC so what would the better fan selections be. I'm sure I can get the slower spinning ones as the radiator is large enough for them. The mounting box also allows for push pull configurations so I'll probably do that.
I'm not sure if I have any more questions but any help would be great.
EDIT: Also, is the nickel plating issue with EK fixed or should I go another brand?
EDIT2: Changed ssd to the samsung 830 128gb
EDIT?: Changed a few parts, namely ram, harddirve, psu
