Anybody gotten one of these? From a crapper farmer point of view, I'm not sure what to make of them.

I have one of these working as the second instance on my P4. I thought it was just something that got messed up and was accidentally given one of these instead of a normal timeless tinker. I didn't have everything setup right for two instances at the time.

I wasn't actually expecting one of these to be a timeless tinker.

The reason I have the second instance setup as timeless is because I only have it set to run as 15-20% CPU usage to make up the extra Hyperthreading can give while not affecting the times for the main instance much. With it setup like this, it takes about 1 hour and 4 minutes to do a frame. Yeah, it's taking a while to crunch this WU with how I have it setup.

On some systems I would not be too happy to get a full size tinker like this. My PII 266 system would probably keel over if it got a couple of these. It takes it long enough to do the smaller WUs as it is.

I've been getting them almost exclusively on my timeless rigs for the past week or so. The slowest machine I have is a 600MHz Pentium 3 and it's taking about 5 days or so to complete it.

Any figures on PPD/Ghz?
I sure could use a couple of packs of these to run on my non-networked machines.

I've had a couple of them as non-timeless units on other machines and they run the normal times for a Tinker on an Athlon XP and Duron. I think it was a bit under 4 minutes per frame on my mobile XP @ 2.5 Ghz. I don't remember what the PpDpGhz was though. It was also running about the same times on the 1 Ghz Duron. That one was putting out about 575 PpW on the Tinkers. Which is actually just under the 600 PpW that it will do on 600 pointers. I think on the AthlonXP @2.2 Ghz it was running around 4 minutes 30 seconds per frame.

That's about the best I can do from memory.
