My 2405 has shipped and should arrive next week. This will be my first LCD and I'm looking forward to replacing my Sony 17" Trinitron CRT. Can you guys please tell me how to run a dead pixel test and what other tests I'll need to run.
That site should have tests that determine if your monitor has dead pixels or not however I think it's on your behalf to notice them or not. To me it's pretty easy to pick out a dead pixel. Just goto a bright screen preferribly white and look up and down, see if you see any black "dots" those dots are more or less dead pixels.
