My 2405 has shipped and should arrive next week. :D This will be my first LCD and I'm looking forward to replacing my Sony 17" Trinitron CRT. Can you guys please tell me how to run a dead pixel test and what other tests I'll need to run.

That site should have tests that determine if your monitor has dead pixels or not however I think it's on your behalf to notice them or not. To me it's pretty easy to pick out a dead pixel. Just goto a bright screen preferribly white and look up and down, see if you see any black "dots" those dots are more or less dead pixels.
