212 EVO question

Does the rice method apply to these types of heatsinks? I have full contact from my EVO and 2500k, @ 4.8ghz under 100% load @ 1.376V I get 74,79,83,82.

I applied my Artic Silver 5 last night in the rice method (a big piece of rice though) lol

I changed the thermal paste of the EVO and wow....what a difference.

I applied 3 thin lines down the middle of each pipe. 2500k, @ 4.8ghz under 100% load @ 1.376V I get
72,80,80,77 at very high IBT. SO I think I am good with temps?
