it's a 19 inch LG L1919S
i aranged a bit the wires but there ar to many and the case si a bit small for so many Wires
the desk is 1.8 m :D big desk (i like it big , a bit smal at the Keyboard and mouse... my initial plans were biger.. a 30" dell or 24" will look great on it (but low fonds)

I was actually referring to the keyboard. I have the same desk, and am well aware that the manufacturer positioned the keyboard tray in its position for a reason. I'm just curious how he uses his setup.
 
He just out of intrest what games do you play with those joysticks, im in desperate need of new joystick games. Cheers ;)

BTW, Is that Logitech Keyboard worth the money? I play alot of action games like BF2 and CS:Source. :D

Yeah, its def worth it! The backlit keys really help during the nightime gaming sessions, and I like the LCD for xfire, time, and winamp status. keys have a solid feel to them when you type, and arent mushy.

I think theres a deal on the hotdeals forum for a G5 and G15 for 83 AR. It's amazing how prices change. I payed 47 for mouse and 70+ for keyboard a month ago.

Yep, a great deal indeed. Deffinately worth jumping on if you dont have a G15 or G7 and are looking at buying one. And the g7's are the black carbon fiber ones too! I am contemplationg buying a second one for $32AR shipped...thats a ridiculous price.
 
I bought my Saitek G52 Joystick 2 days ago for Flight-Simulator, There is a new one comeing out in octobern that is going to be awesome and some pretty insane graphics, and ya i turn my chair toward my monitor when i play a game

Thanks on the response back on the Logitech G15 keyboard! I am currently debating whether to get the G15 or the cheaper Saitek eclipse keyboard. Right now I am on a basic Dell PS2 Keyboard. And a Inland Pro 5 button mouse. HEre is the pic of this mouse

I originally bought one of them for about $4.75. The store had only one left after I bought that one. So the next day I went and bought the other one. :p :D

Anyways.... I can't decide on whcih keyboard I should get (Saiteck Eclipse or Logitech G15) If I can figure out how to fit one of those into my next round of purchasing stuff I cant live without on Newegg, I will buy one.

I am also debating whether to get the Logitech G7 Laser Mouse, or the Logitech MX518 Optical Mouse. Please give me your thoughts.

If this needs to be in a new thread I can do it easily.
 
don't get the saitek. Ive known people who had them. keyword being HAD. they fell apart on them. im not sure about the eclipse 2 though. regardless, i would get the G15

For the money, the Saitek would be the way to go, no question. That G15 is way overpriced, it's a damn keyboard! hehehe

I have had a saitek for over a year now and the only issue I have is that the blue backlighting is starting to fade, but then it's also on almost 24x7 so that is probably why.

Also I'd say the MX518, as I have one (along with about 6 other kinds of mice sitting here). But it pretty much comes down to what feels good in your hand (same goes for keyboards, shifters, spouses etc..).

the G15 isnt overpriced if you consider what it has. Its like $30 more than the saitek yes, but it is built WAY better, has an LCD and G keys and Macros and other features. Basically you get waht you pay for.

Ok I can see that. But then I guess my question is since I have a 24" LCD in front of me already, why would I need a monochrome one thats 1"x3" attached to where I don't generally look anyway? :D

Bingo. Also it has very nice media controls. The LCD does so much and its very useful. The media controls on the G15 are great, i absoluelely love them. Bottom line the G15 is far superior to the Saitek Eclipse and you get what you pay for and thats all there is to know.
 
My main limiting factor is money. You see, I will also have to purchase a new

1. AMD Socket 939 CPU
2. New ATX Case
3. A new LCD (hopefully a 20")
4, a new digital camera ( dropped my 1 year old camera thsi summer)
5. a new MP3 Player (forgot to unpack my 30GB before checking in luggage at the airport)

So as you can tell I have a lot of expensive stuff to buy in the next few months. So I am not sure I can afford either one at the moment. BUT, I would like to upgrade my keyboard and mouse. I will update if and when I get it.

And yes Hybrid, the mouse is the biggest knockoff, and a lot cheaper too. The software that comes with it came on a floppy! :p
 
ya i just bought that joystick it is well worth the hundred dollers or so i paid for it and is excellent if you like flying games, and about the flag it is made to look old.

you can get that joystick at newegg.com for 99.99
