So I ran a search, and found nothing on 1u PSUs. Does anyone have any recommendations for a 1u PSU with at least 400w that can run a 8800 series card?

This one should do it. Single 12v @ 48A: http://www.servercase.com/miva/miva...SC&Product_Code=H1M-6607P&Category_Code=1U+PS

40A for this one, should also do the job: http://www.servercase.com/miva/miva...SC&Product_Code=H1H-6500P&Category_Code=1U+PS

There's also this Seasonic, though it's a dual 12v model: http://www.servercase.com/miva/miva...=SC&Product_Code=SS520H1U&Category_Code=1U+PS

Especially in the case of the two Zippy units, these are unlikely to be at all quiet. You'll have to mod them for PCI-E connectors.

Thanks Oklahoma Wolf for the reply. Maybe I should be even more specific. It has to be under 270mm long. It'll be going into a shuttle.

The Zippy 500W I mentioned is below that. This 400W might also do, though it's a bit low on the 12v: http://www.servercase.com/miva/miva...SC&Product_Code=P1H-6400P&Category_Code=1U+PS

That's going to be one loud Shuttle ;)

Edit - I think the Zippy 400W is probably the best option from Servercase. The H1H-6507P (40A 12v rail) would be the best match though only 20mm under the length requirement, but Servercase doesn't sell it :(

Thanks Oklahoma Wolf, it's much appreciated. Funny thing is that the website lists its address, and it's only a couple miles from where I am. I may just drop by and see what they have. Thanks once again.
