just a noob question:
In the device manager, when i go to the driver section of my 8800GT it only says the number 7.15.11.7519, and that doesnt seem to match up to the current numbering scheme of Nvidias drivers, so how do i know which one Im using now?
And when I go to NVidia's site to get new drivers, it only has 175.19 as the newest for my card, but if i tell it that i have a GTX200 series, it gives me the 177.66 drivers. And the Guru3D link posted above shows the 177.66 drivers as compatible with my card..... UGH, so confusing, wtf. Someone please help.

Go to Nvidia Control Panel, then on the lower left of the CP, you'll see 'System Information'. Click that, and driver version should be right there. Hope I helped.
