1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
I want a gaming PC that won't have troubles maxing out most games at frame rates higher than 45 that will last me quite some time.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
1700$-1800$, 2300BAM-2400BAM, 9000KN, only for the components.
3) Where do you live?
Bosnia and Herzegovina.
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case, motherboard, CPU, video card, RAM, PSU, HDD, SSD, CPU heatsink and fan.
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
Reusing no parts, everything will be new.
6) Will you be overclocking?
I have never overclocked before, so the chances of me doing it myself are slim, but I could pay some professionals to do it, or learn about it and try it myself. (hopefully not)
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
To be specific: DELL U2311H 23" 1920x1080
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
In the next month, or by the end of this month.
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? etc.
I am kinda tech illiterate so I don't know what most of this means. I AM planning on buying 2 (nVidia) cards (sometime in the future) so SLI support I guess.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If so, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
No I don't have it and I still haven't decided which version OS(32 bit or 64bit).

If I'm correct, this comes out to 2300BAM, 8700KN, 1700$.

Notes:
-Since this is quite a lot of money to me and I'll have to go to a different country to buy it, the upgrades for this build will be rare.
-The case has to be good looking (minimalistic), have good airflow, sturdy, and other good stuff about cases.
-I still haven't decided on the OS, I was thinking Windows 7 64 bit and a virtual machine XP 32 bit. I need help with the decision.
-I have a lot of stuff on my computer, so I need a lot of space. I am thinking of buying another F3 Spinpoint or a slower 2TB drive with the one I already have.

Is this good, will it work, is there something I should change? If you need more info, just ask.

The "meaty" games that take really good machines to max out. Witcher 2, Metro 2033, Crysis, and such. Newer games that I'd like to play are Saints Row The Third, Deus Ex Human Revolution, Skyrim and more big budget titles. And I can cope with some of games not going 40FPS when EVERYTHING is maxed (such as Witcher 2 ubersampling)

I am not, but the choice of nVidia cards I have is better (I think) than ATI. If you have a recommendation that would fit in my budget and be better than what I have, than please do share.

I'm planning to buy everything with a loan. Not a really smart decision, but that's the only way I can buy it.

Here is the problem: The GTX 560 Ti is one of only two currently available Nvidia GPUs that are worth anywhere near its average Internet street price (in terms of gaming performance); the other is the next-higher-level GTX 570. Most of the other Nvidia GPUs, especially those below the GTX 560 Ti, are beaten by AMD offerings in performance and/or features at their price points. Specifically, the GTX 550 Ti is what the GTS 450 should have been, but it arrived a bit too late in the competition to be worth its current street price.

Yes, why do you ask? I've bought stuff on loans before and it's great, I don't have to pay 3 times my salary at once, I pay it off in 3 years and it doesn't hurt my financial situation. Never regretted a (bank) loan.

Actually, it is nearly as bad as charging on a credit card: You still have to worry about finance charges. Plus, loans do not have any of the consumer protection features that credit cards often have.

So what exactly is the problem? I'm planning to buy a GTX 560 Ti.

The problem is, I do not have a good translator installed on my PC. All of those sites are in Croatian.
 
 
For video cards, with your budget, you're looking at the GTX 560 Ti or the HD 6950. The 6950 is better in some games, but the 560 Ti is better in others. The 560 Ti is currently the better bang-per-buck performance card out of the two.

For RAM, any quality name-brand RAM -- Crucial/Micron, Mushkin, G.Skill, Corsair, Patriot, Kingston -- would work. Look for 4GB or 8GB or DDR3 1333 RAM that runs at 1.5V.
 
No as that's the regular GTX 560. You want the GTX 560 Ti.

Though if you're willing to accept lower performance, then go with that MSI GTX 560 if it's cheaper than the GTX 560 Ti.
