So, I'm building myself and new gaming PC, and I have about 1700 dollars to do it with. Planning on building at the end of the year. As I haven't had a desktop in year I'll need all the parts including a monitor. Anyway thanks in advance for all the help.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Gaming and Web Browsing

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
1700 Dollars for parts, does not include shipping.

3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
United States, High Point NC

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Building this form the ground up, Case, CPU, Video Card, Ram, Heat Sink, PSU, Monitor, Motherboard.

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
No Parts

6) Will you be overclocking?
Yes

7) What is the max resolution of your monitor? What size is it?
Buying a Monitor

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
End of the Year, most likely December

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
Might add on in the future so Crossfire and SLI Support

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
No

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
End of the Year, most likely December

You're planning this build too early then. Whatever parts list you come up with nor whatever parts we recommend this month will not be the same parts we recommend October let alone December. If you want an up to date build list, your best bet is wait 2-3 weeks before you buy and ask for build advice then.
