iv'e been looking at the samsung 172x-silver 17" i got really excited about the 12ms response time but than i read somewhere that the faster the response time the lower the quality as if it was a trade off between one and the other, so what do you guys think of this moniter and is this true about the response time
 
There are a ton of threads about this monitor if you use the search function. Also, I don't think that's true about the lower response time, as quality vs. response has never come up in the past as being a factor.
