So heres the deal: I havn't been keeping up on computer hardware recently. My current hardware setup is approaching 3 years old, and I need to upgrade. I am starting a new job in the fall, and I want to blow some money on a new gaming rig.

My current system is a Core 2 Quad 6600, 4 gigs of ram and an 8600GTS. Its getting the job done but its starting to show its age.

So basically what I want to do is build (almost) a whole new system.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc

Gaming

2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?

Lets say up to 1500 on the hardware.

3) Where do you live?

NB, Canada

4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.

CPU, MB, RAM, Video Card, Case, PSU, Solid State Drive

5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.

I will be reusing a 1TB SATA2 HDD and a 750 MB SATA HDD

6) Will you be overclocking?

Don't plan on it.

7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?

22" LG widescreen and a 19" LG, so the videocard needs to have 2 outputs.

8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?

NCIX (www.ncix.com) or Newegg

9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? etc.

Im not really sure, suggestions are welcome.

10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? 32bit or 64bit?
Win7 32 and 64, transferrable.

Any builds/suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
