There are several things that are less than ideal on that system:

1) The ASRock motherboard has only a one-year warranty - far shorter than other brands of motherboards. That makes the Extreme 4 overpriced for a product with such a short warranty. Plus, ASRock USA has reverted to a one-year warranty on all of its motherboards since the two-year warranty promotion expires tomorrow (too early for you to be ready to make the purchase).

2) The original Corsair TX750 is now long on the tooth. It has been obsolesced by the newer TX750 v2 PSU, which is of higher quality than the original TX750 for only very little additional cost.

3) The Sapphire card is priced too close to some of the HD 6950 cards for comfort while offering a relatively short warranty and indifferent customer service and support.

4) The Zalman cooler is way overpriced for a small HSF that can barely perform at all on today's very-hot-running CPUs. It is an extremely poor bang for the buck in terms of CPU coolers.

That Gigabyte mobo isn't that good of a choice due to the lack of a UEFI interface. Not to mention that since you're not overclocking, a P67 mobo is a bit of waste considering that H67 and Z68 mobos can be had for cheaper and the fact that you're not overclocking. So look for a Asus or MSI H67 or Z68 mobo. Don't bother with Gigabyte for the H67 chipset but they're all right for the Z68 chipsets.

As for the CPU, whether or not it's overkill is really dependent on your coding usage: Will you be doing a ton of multi-threaded coding?

That specific model Sapphire card isn't a good choice for the same reasons that E4g1e posted earlier about your earlier Sapphire choice. Go for a HD 6950 1GB or 2GB from Asus, Gigabyte, MSI, or XFX due to their longer warranties and better customer support.

A good quality 750W PSU will be enough for a Crossfire route. With that said, if you have the cash to spare, spring for the 850W. However you chose the wrong 850W: You want to go for the 850TX V2 850W PSU as it is a newer, updated, and higher quality version of the now old 850TX:
$135 - Corsair 850TX V2 850W PSU

So if you're gonna get a Corsair TX series PSU, make sure it has the "V2" in its name.

Besides that, looks ok.
