I am in the process of getting a new laptop to replace my 960m and i wanted to see if there are any 1080 Ti laptops on the horizon? there are plenty of 1080 laptops but i would hate to buy a 1080 laptop now and have the 1080 Ti's come out next month..

so far its been tough to find any information on the up and comings outside of Nvidia's generic site.

EDIT: They never have and I don't think they ever will make a xTi mobile gpu. The only reason the regular 1080 works in a laptop is due to binning or undervolting. If you want a laptop with the fastest GPU it will be a 1080 or a 1080 MaxQ (whatever that new one is).

ok thanks.. that is probably why the only info i have really found out is from the wccf which is all about rumors anyways..

i'll just move on with the 1080 laptop and call it good :)
