I don't have time for a lot of gaming, so only the biggest hits, genre not important. Examples from this year: Starcraft 2, Mass Effect 2, Modern Warfare 2, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dragon Age, Fallout 3. Good visual quality, of course ;)
 
The only problem that I see with your build list is with the Nine Hundred Two case: it's about as tight in available space as its predecessor. Consider a case like the Cooler Master CM690-II instead.

If you can afford to, see if you can get the HD 5850 or GTX 470 instead of the GTX 460.

I'll definitely consider CM690-II.

One other question:
WD1002FAEX is SATA III, but that doesn't seem to mean much? For example, Passmark benchmarks:
Passmark: WD1002FAEX
Should I just go with something like:
Passmark: HD103SJ
How much these benchmarks really mean?
