I'm planning a new build to replace my laptop as my primary computer. I do a lot of photo editing, play zero videogames but do like to have a few things happening at once (adobe apps, web browser, video ect). Quiet would be good, I hate really noisy systems.

1) What will you be doing with this PC? Gaming? Photoshop? Web browsing? etc
Photoshop, Premier Pro, Lightroom, Web browsing ect. I don't play any videogames.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
About $1000 tax included and I should be able to pick the parts up in person.
3) Where do you live?
Melbourne, Australia
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case
CPU
Motherboard (would inbuild gpu be ok?)
SSD
HDD
RAM
PSU
5) If reusing any parts, what parts will you be reusing? Please be especially specific about the power supply. List make and model.
I have a new Dell U2421M 24" 16:10, apple wireless keyboard and kingston G9
6) Will you be overclocking?
Maybe in the future
7) What size monitor do you have and/or plan to have?
24 inch 16:10 1920x1200
8) When do you plan on building/buying the PC?
Soon
9) What features do you need in a motherboard? RAID? Firewire? Crossfire or SLI support? USB 3.0? SATA 6Gb/s? eSATA? Onboard video? etc.
Onboard video would be nice if it would be sufficient for my needs.
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit?
Yes, Win7 Home Premium 64

What exactly is "soon" for you? Two days? Two weeks? Two months?

Also can you please link any online Australian computer hardware stores that you may be buying from?
