10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license?
Yes Windows 7 64-bit
Only thing that I ask is if you include the HAF 932 Full-Tower into the budget because I have plans on modding the case, and also the Corsair H50 cooler, unless you think there is a better but more affordable option out there.
I have looked at i5/Phenom II builds but im not sure which would be best for my current needs, id also rather sacrifice processor speeds for a better GPU considering in not a heavy mutlitasker. Thanks for all you guys help in advance and i will be putting up a worklog once i get all the parts in order!
This is what i have mapped out so far, just seing if you guys can come up with somthing better:

Combo Deal: Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition, XFX HD5770
http://www.newegg.com/Product/ComboDealDetails.aspx?ItemList=Combo.314679 - CPU+ GPU - $324.99l
Total: $750 without the HAF factored in. with the HAF will put me at 890 shipped.
Optical Drive, cheap not really concerned with it in the build, Really the big thing is the Case and PSU + H50 thats really breaking my budget and not allowing me to get a 5850, so was seeing if you guys had a better configuration that might allow me to do it, i really want a case that can move a lot of air and have a lot of room thats why i went with the HAF but its also whats limiting my my budget on the video card, should i scrap the Case and opt for somthing cheaper to get a 5850?
