You can go for a cheaper mobo since you're not overclocking.
Put the funds towards an SSD instead.

Any suggestions on motherboard?

Well H77 motherboards are pretty much the same as Z77 but without the overclocking support (which you won't need) and no SLI or CF support (which may or may not be of concern to you). I don't have any hands on experience so can't recommend any, but they are cheaper than Z77 ones.
