I have always seen that as the day for most visitors on the site, Was there something important happen here that day besides it being the day I turned 24?
 
That far back, it would have been extraordinary to have that many users online. I'm pretty sure it was an announced load test to see what the system could bare . We come close to that number now on a daily basis. Solid as a rock :cool:
