1 Velociraptor & data drive or RAID 0 WD6400AAKS?

i'm thinking of doing one velociraptor 150GB and one seagate 500GB for my data

or

doing RAID 0 one 2 WD6400AAKS drives


which setup would be faster?

how loud is that velociraptor compared to the WD6400AAKS?

If you dont care how much money you spend then go with 1 vraptor and 1 WD6400AAKS
If you are trying to keep this cheap then go with two WD6400AAKS

personally I think 150GB is going to be tight for a system drive.

any ideas on how loud the velociraptor is? every comparison i see is different in results, i never know if its actually loud or very high pitch or not.

Great choice. When you want some more speed for your shiz, get a a 'tother VR150 n RAID0 it.
