I will be gaming and want to play all current and upcoming games at 1080p 60+ FPS.
2) What's your budget? Are tax and shipping included?
My total budget in $1,750 but i am planing to spend about $200 on Mouse, keyboard, and mousepad.
3) Which country do you live in? If the U.S, please tell us the state and city if possible.
Naples, FL, USA
4) What exact parts do you need for that budget? CPU, RAM, case, etc. The word "Everything" is not a valid answer. Please list out all the parts you'll need.
Case
Power Supply (PSU)
Case Fan(s)
Motherboard
Processor (CPU)
CPU Cooler
Memory (RAM)
Hard Drive (HDD)
Optical (Disc) Drive (CD/DVD/HD-DVD/BR)
Video/Graphics Card (GPU)

Already have a motherboard in mind
10) Do you already have a legit and reusable/transferable OS key/license? If yes, what OS? Is it 32bit or 64bit? Planning on getting windows 8 pro 64bit

I am only ordering from newegg.com!(personal reasons)
The CPU and MOBO have a great deal on newegg.com!
I would like to keep the black and red theme if possible but it is not that important.
I also have no idea what I will need for hooking up the fans to my MOBO!!!! Please include everything I need for the extra fan(s) installation.

Is the cost of OS part of that $1750 budget?
Why Windows 8 Pro?

The case is a not that good of a choice since there are far better cooling, roomier, easier to cable manage, and better looking cases out there on the market for not much more. I recommend any of these cases instead:
$110 - Antec 1100 ATX Case
$120 - Corsair Vengeance Series C70 Gunmetal Black ATX Case ($20 off w/ promo code EMCXPVR56, ends 7/1)

As for the rest of the parts, go with the following:
$47 - Crucial Ballistix BLS8G3D1339DS1S00 8GB DDR3 1333 RAM
$330 - Sapphire 100351SR Radeon HD 7970 3GB PCIE Video Card (Comes with Tomb Raider, Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, Crysis 3, and Bioshock Infinite)
$172 - Samsung 840 Series 250GB SSD
$90 - Seagate Barracuda ST2000DM001 2TB 7200RPM SATA 6.0Gb/s Hard Drive
$18 - Samsung SH-224DB/BEBE SATA DVD burner ($3 discount promo code EMCXPVW92, expires 6/27)
$130 - Corsair HX750 750W Modular PSU
$87 - Corsair Hydro H80 Liquid Cooling System

This sounds a lot like the computer I'm building. I went with (all from Newegg sales so far):

Corsair C70
PC Power and Cooling Silencer MkIII 750W
Corsair H110
LG Blu-Ray drive
32 GB GSkill Aries DDR3 1866
Total: $570

I'm getting one of the Massdrop Monoprice monitors for about $350. I'm waiting until the next revision of Haswell comes out to get the mobo and CPU from Microcenter, but the deals at Newegg are tempting right now. I'm also waiting on a good deal on a SSD. Total should be around $1400 (I'm re-using my GPU and mechanical HDs). My Q6600 has lasted for five and a half years and my Dell 2001FP monitor has lasted for about a decade, so I want this to last a similarly long time as well.

Not a big fan of those cases. I seem to be the opposite of everybody but I really dont prefer most window cases. Also I would prefer 2 x 4gb of memory. I was thinking of going with the Asus gtx 770 as a video card. Also I would prefer air cooling since I have no idea about anything that has to do with water cooling.

Why? A 2 x 4GB set would only have a 3% performance increase under the most ideal of circumstances over a single 8GB stick. As such, the performance is basically the same. As for the RAM you chose, current Intel setups do not benefit that much from faster RAM speeds. In other words, you won't notice a difference between DDR3 2400 RAM and DDR3 1333 in most real world apps and games let alone DDR3 1866 and DDR3 1333. As such, no point in spending the extra cash for DDR3 1866 RAM unless you want to waste money.

I was thinking of going with the Asus gtx 770 as a video card.
If you can afford it, go for it. However, eyeballing your budget, it doesn't appear that you'll be able to afford that without doing substantial cuts to other parts.

Also I would prefer air cooling since I have no idea about anything that has to do with water cooling.
Well that's why I recommnded an All-In-One Liquid cooling setup, not a water cooling setup. A water cooling setup would easily cost 3 to 4 times what I recommended. The liquid AIO are relatively easy to set up (just RTFM) and nowawdays does provide better cooling than many air-cooling setups. In addition, if you do plan on sticking with that Fractal Design case, you're going to need all the cooling ability you can get due to your planned overclocking.

With that said, if you still want an air-cooling setup, Take a look at the Coolermaster TPC-812 or Noctua NH-D14.

Since you plan on overclocking, that case is not that good of a choice since it's more oriented towards low noise than cooling. As such, you may see relatively higher temperatures. However it is a tad roomier, easier to cable manage, and quieter than the case you originally chose. How about the Corsair 550D? The top and side panels are removable which means that you can get low noise when you want it and better cooling when you need it.

Well so far reviews have been a big part of my part selection. As you probably know this will be my first build ever and I am not a computer genius at all. I am think about the NZXT 410 al black case or the Corsair 400r. The thing holding me back from the 410 is the white fans. And I really dont like the white leds on the 400r. Give me all your case suggestions please! I want to go with a 120gb ssd to save money. Is that a smart decision? Danny Bui can I have some help with the GPU? kinda like you told me about the memory.

As you can tell, the NZXT 410 is not on that list because I think it's a bit cramped.

I want to go with a 120gb ssd to save money. Is that a smart decision?
It's not a bad idea. You just have to be more diligent when it comes to what gets installed or downloaded onto the SSD witha 120GB than with a 250GB. BUt if you can do that, then yes, drop down to a 120GB SSD. I still recommend Samsung 840 120GB.

Danny Bui can I have some help with the GPU? kinda like you told me about the memory.
Exactly what I said earlier: If you can afford it, go for the GTX 770. Otherwise, go for the HD 7970 that I recommended earlier. It's that simple.

I like the Corsair 500r but is it possible to change the white LEDs to red LEDs? Also can you give me some more memory suggestions. How do I use a liquid cooler and is a gtx670 a good GPU?

Also what are some suggestions for mouse/keyboard/mousepad that will fit with my budget?

Dude, ever heard of the edit button?

I like the Corsair 500r but is it possible to change the white LEDs to red LEDs?
Possibly yes if you have a soldering iron and know where to get red LEDs. Though if you're just talking about the bluish-white LEDs on the fans, you just have to buy separate red LED fans and replace the stock fans with those.
Also can you give me some more memory suggestions.
Why? What's wrong with the RAM I recommended?
How do I use a liquid cooler?
As I said earlier, RTFM. It's just like installing a normal air cooling HSF but with a bit more work and planning.
is a gtx670 a good GPU?
The GTX 670 is a good performing GPU, However, it's not that good of a card to buy nowadays since the release of of the GTX 760: it performs nearly the same as the GTX 670 but costs $75 less. If you have to have Nvidia, I'd recommend the GTX 770 or the GTX 760. The HD 7970 is somewhere in between those two cards in terms of price to performance due to the four games deals for the HD 7xxx cards.
Also what are some suggestions for mouse/keyboard/mousepad that will fit with my budget?
Hit up the Mice and Keyboards subforum for those recommendations.
WillI need any extra cables for this setup?
AFAIK, no.

Unless that combo deal make the Z87-Pro cost the same as the ASUS Z87-A, probably not worth it.
