    Win 10 won't Screen Save or Sleep

    I have a fairly new install of Windows 10 after a full system upgrade (mb, ram, cpu) and now the system refuses to pay attention to my power settings so my monitor never turns off. If I boot into Safe mode it turns off after 1 minute which is exactly what I have set (If I get this working...

    Is there any way to turn off the BOINC screen saver?

    As in the title, I cant seem to find a selection for turning off the screen saver. I don't sleep my PC or screen and don't use screen savers, I just turn off the screen when not in use. Thx for any help if possible.

    Any good Screensavers?

    I use Geoforms from Nvidia. It just looks cool and I haven't came across anything else that I like... though it is getting kind of boring. Have any recommendations?
