Yammer is for corporate social networking? Sounds like someone either asking for a sexual harassment lawsuit or someone trying to make it easy to fire employees. It can't end well.

Targetting employees from a high profile company is a way to raise the profile of your company, I guess. Much better than war dialing all the desk phones.

LinkedIn doesn't have that problem. Corporate social networking generally have very professional atmosphere and users.
