Which if these two motherboards would you consider to be better than the other, given that you have an AMD 5000+ cpu and Nvidia 7800GTX 256Mb video card, The Asus M2N32-SLI deluxe or Tyan Tomcat n3400B? Both are SLI and I may go to SLI soon.

I have the Abit NF8 mobo with a Sempron 3300+, 1Gb of Corsair 400Mhz XMS3208 v1.1 ( 2.2.2.5) with the LEDs, BFG6800 OCGT 256mb ram, watercooled cpu only. Has anyone got a good overclock with these cpu's ( 3300+ Semprons) ?? If so any suggestions for O'Clocking this box?
