Abit NF8,Sempron 3300+,1Gb Corsair 400m 2.2.2.5 overclocking

I have the Abit NF8 mobo with a Sempron 3300+, 1Gb of Corsair 400Mhz XMS3208 v1.1 ( 2.2.2.5) with the LEDs, BFG6800 OCGT 256mb ram, watercooled cpu only.
Has anyone got a good overclock with these cpu's ( 3300+ Semprons) ?? If so any suggestions for O'Clocking this box?

If I recall right, the Sempron 3300+ has 256KB L2, so you should be able to overclock it past 2.5GHZ with no problems, if that's what you're asking. My friend had a Sempron 2600+ s754 and pushed it to 2.8GHz on air cooling. 3300+ has to be better.
