If you have the Logitech drivers installed, like I do, just bind the forward button to "ALT + Right Arrow" and the back button to "ALT + Left Arrow".

I'm concerned with how well this teflon sheet will resist wear. Since the Teflon mouse feet wear out, I think that this sheet will wear out as well. Although, if you combine the teflon tape with the teflon pad, it might last longer than a Ratpad.
