eMachines M6810 has been hard freezing. When I shut it down and restart I get a black screen and 3 or 4 short beeps. I couldn't find a code guide as to what that meant. Does anyone here know what that code means?

I would like to spend under $1400, and have it weigh about the same size as my emachines. More battery life would be nice, but not that big a deal (about 1.5hrs I think). The same screen size would be great, it makes CADing alot easier, and playing games like GTR far more fun.
