The fact that I see a GUI popup is worrying me that you are trying to mount a share using fuse. Using fuse is going to be absurdly slow. Just use a normal mount -t cifs -o user=bleh, domain=blah //server/share and that should probably create less issues.
It looks like you have been on this forum since 2006 so I'm not sure how serious of a comment this is.
I'm not even looking forward to Anthem but writing off "Third Person Shooters" as a kiddy genre is the most absurd, and since you were around for a long time, and probably the best example of...
The NASDAQ press release has some more info:

I assume the RTX5000 with half the RAM is what is going to be the 2080 announced next week.
If the rumors are true and a Titan also gets...
Nvidia pretty much always has Linux drivers come out around the same time for video card releases. Considering AMD's performance in Linux is still worse then NVidia's (though it is getting much better compared to 5 years ago) .
Currently AMD doesn't have a competitor to the 1080Ti, and if time...
Based on my understanding of that paper the attacker still needs access to the machine.
All they did was show that you can figure out what is a cache hit/miss using network latency as well.
You do understand that if you increase the exposure in software on 1 image you will get additional noise correct? This will not only get rid of motion blur but the picture should be less noisy as well.
The way HDR works usually is by having the camera sensor take two photos, one at a low exposure time, one at a slightly higher exposure time, and then you merge the two images together.
That causes problems if someone is moving very fast, this is actually really good.
Yes I did have time to watch the video. This thread is about the video and the points TotalBiscuit makes. If you have not watched the video your comments are worthless because they add nothing to the discussion especially when it's something as common as it being all about the $$$.
Anyways...
I know I'm pointing this out again because I just posted, but I swear people have become more retarded since they read the title and start assuming things. Especially when their reply is so cliched and contrived.
I know there are smaller case then mine but I honestly don't understand where this Mini-ITX niche actually exists unless you are building a HTPC.
The specs in my signature are actually an old build but I was able to fit a Titan X in just fine.
In reality you need a case that is just longer by...

You are trolling right? Asking a dumb question, plus preferring interlaced over progressive ?
Hell an FX 5200 would play modern games better then a Voodoo 5 6000.
Btw I call bullshit anyone in this thread actually bought the Retail version of Windows.
Everyone has most likely bought the OEM versions where MS is kind enough to let you activate it on a new PC because the OEM License is not transferable like that. The Retail license is but it's $400 vs...
I have a Mini-ITX build with a Titan X in it. In fact there is no room for the Fury-X cooler in my case at all. (And my case is a slightly bigger version of yours.)
FreeSync is cheaper, but there are countless issues with it that pop up.
There have been zero DX12 benchmarks to show which...
Everytime this gets brought up I swear people are just retarded. Mostly because they forget that with TressFX only one character used it.
It's true that TresFX doesn't use 64x tessellation, however if you had just as many characters on screen in Tomb Raider as the Witcher 3 you would see just...
Sure but a while back I went for a MiniITX build where I wanted a tiny case with the best single GPU money can buy.
At the time I went with the Titan, and then I updated to the Titan X. There is no room anywhere for me to fit a Fury X even if I wanted to.
I for example would not purchase one since I'm currently rocking a Mini-ITX build.
There is no place for me to put a radiator, while the Titan X (which I have), or the 980ti would fit and work just fine.
I just got the Samsung 34" Curved. (Which is very nice imo, the input lag seems to be super low) But this was all I was able to come up with in terms of a setup on the spot:
Excuse the dust.
Fallout 1 and 2 let you do it. You would get the child killer perk and pretty much every random encounter from then on was bounty hunters trying to kill you.
I'd laugh if AMD has to do a major architectural hardware design change in the future and then developers will have to have Mantle, Mantle 2.0, OpenGL, DirectX apis.
Welcome back to the 90's boys.
I might sell mine on ebay and get the 780 TI, but I bought this when it came out and have enjoyed gaming on it for the past 9 months or so.
Honestly most of the rage comes from a deep down jealousy. It is the same thing when people who mod their car might be faster then a stock Ferrari and...
Hopefully someone will mention if this adds any input lag. I would love to use vsync but the input lag you get with vsync is horrendous for proper FPS play.
If this makes it buttery smooth and adds no additional input lag this would be awesome. (If it's the monitors changing their refresh...
The movement isn't even close to Quakeworld in Quake live. There is no air control and you stop the moment you stop moving in Quake live where in Quakeworld you don't.
