Asking a friend to buy from maybe newegg or monitorsdirect in the USA... Then ship it to Australia... Along with A64 3500, 939 NF3 250, X800XT next month. :cool:

Sandman, when are you getting your LCD monitor then? And if you do get the Viewsonic, post your opinion on the forum, ok? I'm gonna get a new LCD next month and can't really decide.... BTW, anyone knows when <16ms 20inch or so LCD screens are coming up?

Viewsonic VP201 uses the same panel as the Dell's... But I wanna know too which panel to buy... I don't know if I want "Dell" on my monitor...

Yeah, I want to know about this too, been asking around but no answers... What I heard was Maximum PC said the interpolation on the VP201 was bad... But I think that's bullshit... Same panel and I asked this guy at Futuremark who has a VP201 and he says playing at non-native resolution is...

Guys, please.. Need feedback from those who have LCD's, not just the VP201... The Dell 2001FP is the same one as the VP201, so anyone who has them also post your thoughts on the dark lighting that i said in the first post, and how is gaming on them...

I want to get one, but I would like to hear from those who have the VP201... Also, I've heard dark games tend to be quite bright when viewing with LCD's because they cannot display true black... And this is true for all LCD's, and even heard this makes it unsuitable for horror/dark games...
