To me it looks like you have too much tension on one of your tubes, that would not occur if the radiator was inside.

So as the 'cooler' air is drawn over the radiator it is heated and then dumped into your case to heat up the MB, Vid Cards, Memory, drives etc, further increasing the heat of the cpu which in turn heats up the radiator to in turn increase the heat coming into the case! and so it goes on and on...
