IMHO BH5 + DFI NF3 is still the best combo Only if u can manage to grab a pair of BH5 :)

Whoever the manufacture isnt impotant What's most impotant is the chipset under it A value DDR333 Hynix D43 can even perform on par with a top manufacture DDR500 coz they also using Hynix D43 chip but shipped them out as DDR500 etc Here's a screen shot for u to has better understanding...
